LADY GAGA TOUR
Full Charter Operation from Barcelona
SIC Logistics Spain coordinated a dedicated charter operation from Barcelona for international touring equipment, managing airport operations, customs formalities, ground handling coordination and time-critical delivery requirements.
The operation required precise planning, direct communication with all parties involved and flawless execution to ensure the cargo moved on schedule.

More than 100 containers loaded and coordinated through the Port of Barcelona, delivering a large-scale motorsport logistics operation with precise planning, export coordination and on-time execution.

LA FURA DELS BAUS
When the original plan was no longer an option, we created a new one.
A 40’HC ocean shipment became a time-critical airfreight operation after vessel cancellations threatened the project. Our team recovered the cargo from the port, adapted the stage structures for air transport and coordinated an urgent flight to Costa Rica, ensuring the production arrived on schedule for a Ministry of Culture event.
